League of Legends - Lunar Revel Zodiac

This was my entry for the League of Legends Art of Revelry contest. For those unfamiliar with the game, the Lunar Revel event is based around the Chinese New Year.

I'm not entirely happy with this picture. It started out as line art, but then I wanted to color it. I had intended to keep the black lines and just do some basic cel-shading, but it graduated into something more and the whole thing became a disaster. I decided to just color the lines a bit and just be done with it.

I am, however, pleased with my idea to use the game characters to represent animals in the Chinese Zodiac. I hope that buys me brownie points in the contest

P.S. - That horse isn't a champion or really champion related. Jarvan IV was riding it in one of the lore newsletters and I needed a horse DEMACIA!
